Answers to common questions about getting started, practicing, billing, and privacy.
Getting started
Zingo is a speaking and listening practice app for everyday English. Instead of long courses, you practice short, AI-generated conversations built around practical situations — a few minutes at a time.
No. Lessons are matched to your level, from complete beginner onward, based on what you tell us at onboarding.
Zingo is currently available as an iOS app, with an App Store listing on the way.
Practicing with Zingo
Each lesson is a short, AI-generated conversation built around an everyday situation. You listen to how it sounds, then practice saying it yourself.
Listening and speaking, plus picking up vocabulary in the context of real situations — not isolated word lists.
Lessons are matched to your level, and Zingo lines up your next lessons based on your progress and the topics you've chosen.
Account & billing
Zingo has a free plan to get started. Zingo Pro unlocks extras like unlimited lessons and an ad-free experience — pricing is shown in the app.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Open your device's subscription settings to cancel — Zingo doesn't process payments directly.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its purchase policies, since that's who processes your payment.
Privacy & data
We process your recordings to score your practice and generate feedback. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how long we keep it.
No. We use trusted processors (like our AI and hosting providers) to run the app — we don't sell your personal data.
